The Les Joyaux d'Auré team has unearthed these 5 precious tips for you to successfully reduce your stress and have a great start to the new school year.
1. Have a good organization
The day before a new school year, what can stress us out is forgetting something or not being able to get back into our work routine . To remedy this, it is important to have a good organization the day before or the few days before your return to school. For example, we advise you to prepare your outfit, take out the jewelry you want to put on the next day and prepare your bag so you don't forget anything. Check if your computer is well charged and remember to bring your charger so as not to be out of battery on the first day of the school year.
If you don't have a canteen, get back to your good habits by preparing a nice little salad and snacks. You can carry this in a nice bento box to motivate yourself.
If you have everything well organized the night before, you will be able to fall asleep more easily since you will be less stressed.
2. Carry out a cocooning routine the day before the start of the school year
Our second tip (probably my favourite) is to give yourself a cocooning moment the day before your return to school. Around 5/6 p.m., stop everything and take some time for yourself. Small mask on the hair, on the face, reading break, netflix etc. Do whatever you enjoy. You will release the pressure and no longer think about tomorrow.
For the most stressed people, you can relax during a meditation session . There are many videos on YouTube that allow you to meditate alone in your bedroom. Take 10-20 minutes to meditate and close your eyes. You will see that you will feel much better afterwards.
4. Make a cure of food supplements
A few weeks before the start of the school year, you can take a course of food supplements to boost your energy, but also to reduce your stress . We recommend that you speak with a doctor or your pharmacist in order to advise you best.
