Delivery times:
Due to extremely high demand at the moment, the average delivery time for your orders is between 15-24 days from the confirmation of your order processing.
If your items are not delivered after 61 days, you will be fully refunded.
There are items missing from my order, where are they?
Do not panic, send us an email at hello@lesjoyauxdaure.fr explaining your situation. We will investigate and if the case is proven we will send your jewel back to you.
Return and refund:
All our jewelry is guaranteed 100% satisfaction. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund or exchange! You can return your jewelry to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Upon receipt of the order, we will refund or exchange within 8 days .
Before any return, it is imperative to send us an email to hello@lesjoyauxdaure.fr. All items must be returned in their original condition, complete with all parts and tags. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the return.
Damaged / defective / incorrect products can be exchanged. The return costs will be at our expense.
For other cases of return, the return costs will be at your expense.
Cancellation and modification of your order:
You can cancel or modify your order within 5 hours from the initial order without any charge.
Beyond this period, the management reserves the right to refuse the cancellation.

Error in address:
The company will not be responsible for any errors in the shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the return of the product before receiving a refund.
