How to track my order ?
In the "Help" section, click on "Track my order". Then, enter your order number (without the #) and your email. You will then have an estimate of the arrival date of your order.
I want to cancel or modify my order, is it possible?
We give you the possibility to modify or cancel your order before 8 am the next day.
For example, if you order today at 3 p.m., you have until 8 a.m. the next day to request a cancellation/modification.
Beyond this period, we invite you to wait for the receipt of your order and to proceed with an exchange.
I did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?
Sometimes confirmation emails end up in spam or promotions. We invite you to verify this hypothesis. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, we invite you to send an email to hello@lesjoyauxdaure.fr. The team will be happy to answer you.
My order is late, what should I do?
Occasionally, logistical issues may delay the advertised time frame. When you see that the expected delivery date has passed, we invite you to contact customer service at hello@lesjoyauxdaure.fr. We will find a solution together.
COVID-19 (updated 05/26/2020) - We are currently experiencing delivery delays due to the current crisis. The sanitary conditions being very strict in our factories, warehouses lead to a delay in the dispatch of orders, and the carriers also have important rules to respect. Our deliveries can unfortunately take up to 25 working days.
I received my jewel but it is too big or too small, what should I do?
Everything is planned to make an exchange. We invite you to access the "Returns Center" on the site in the "Help" section to make an exchange. Once at the returns centre, follow the directions on the platform. Size exchanges must be managed by the Returns Center.
I received my jewel but I don't like it, what should I do?
If the jewelry doesn't match what you thought, don't worry. You have 14 days from receipt of the jewel to return it to us. We invite you to access the "Returns Center" (on the site in the "Help" section) to request a refund or an exchange. The return costs are your responsibility. The refund or exchange request will be managed by the return center.
I received my jewel but it is damaged, what should I do?
If the jewel you received is damaged, we invite you to send an email to customer service at hello@lesjoyauxdaure.fr. It is essential to send a photo with the email so that we can see the anomaly.
Once validated by the after-sales service, we will send you a new piece of jewelry and you will keep the damaged piece of jewelry.
I received my jewel but it is not the right one, what should I do?
If the jewel you received is not the right one, we will proceed to an exchange. We invite you to access the "Returns Center" on the site in the "Help" section to make the exchange. Return costs will be reimbursed within the limit of €1.50 per item of jewellery. Exchanges must be managed by the Returns Center.
My order is incomplete, what should I do?
If you've received your order and an item is missing, we're sorry. This case happens very rarely do not worry. We invite you to send an email to Customer Service at hello@lesjoyauxdaure.fr. We will find a solution together.
My order is considered delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?
Our packages do not require a signature from the customer. In very rare cases, it happens that the package gets lost when it is indicated as "delivered". We invite you to contact customer service at hello@lesjoyauxdaure.fr to find a solution together.
