The ultimate priority of the LJA house is the satisfaction of our fashionistas . In general, once the jewel has been received, you have 14 days to change your mind.
We detail here how to proceed depending on the situation:

1- I don't like the jewel

2- My jewel arrived damaged

3- My jewelry is not the right size

4- My jewel received is not the right one

I invite you to go to the section that concerns you to find out the procedure to follow.

1. I don't like my jewel, I want a refund

Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to change your mind. If you don't like the jewel, you can either request a credit note or request a refund. If the deadline is exceeded, we cannot issue a refund. The return costs are your responsibility.

In both cases, we invite you to click HERE to go to the "Exchange and Refund" section. We will ask you for your order number (which you will find in your mailbox) and your Email.

We require an explanation to validate the refund. Customer satisfaction being the top priority, we want to know as precisely as possible the motivation for the refund to continue to improve.

Any return and refund request that does not go through this process will be refused.

The refund will appear on your account within 15 days of receipt of the jewel.

PS: it is not useful to send an email to Customer Service, the request via the platform is more than enough.

2. My jewelry arrived damaged

We are sorry for this inconvenience. The jewel was surely damaged during transport! We invite you to take a photo clearly showing the damaged jewel and send it to us at hello@lesjoyauxdaure.fr . If the team validates the request, we will send you a new piece of jewelry for free.

If you refuse the return of the new jewel, we will invite you to return the broken jewel to be reimbursed. The return costs are your responsibility.

The refund will appear on your account within 15 days of receipt of the jewel.

3. My jewelry is not the right size

If the jewel has different sizes , we will make an exchange. We invite you to go directly to the "Help" tab and click on "Exchange and Refund" or click directly HERE . We will ask you to indicate the order number (which you find in your emails) as well as your email address. We will then guide you step by step so that the exchange goes perfectly! There is no need to send an email to Customer Service, everything happens via this "Exchange and Refund" interface.

If the jewel is one size, we will make a refund or send a voucher. We invite you to go directly to the "Help" tab and click on "Exchange and Refund" or click directly HERE . We will ask you to indicate the order number (which you find in your emails) as well as your email address. We then guide you step by step so that the return and refund go smoothly! There is no need to send an email to Customer Service, everything happens via this "Exchange and Refund" interface.

4. My jewel received is not the right one

We are sorry for this error. To remedy this, we proceed as follows:

- Go to the "Help" section and click on "Exchange and refund" or click directly HERE .

- Indicate your order number (which you will find in your emails) and your Email.

- We guide you step by step to make the exchange. We naturally reimburse the cost of returns.

PS: No need to send an email to customer service, everything happens in the "Exchange and refund" interface. 

All returns without going through the Customer Service team or the "return and exchange center" cannot be processed and refunded.
